New Year, New Studio, New Music, New Films and YOU

This is being written while in the process of moving to a new studio just outside of Naples, Italy - just after the release of Against the Roses…

After nearly 20 years of making music—nine albums and four intercontinental concert tours—Bradley, Julian and I are excited to begin something new: a trilogy of albums paired with stop-motion animated short films, as well as a series of live shows that will bring it all together with elements of experimental puppetry (figure theatre) and more. This project is more than just music; it’s a complete experience—albums, films, and live performances—that we hope will feel meaningful and engaging. The live shows will incorporate puppetry, literary and theatrical elements, film projections, and immersive visuals, creating an experience that blends music with storytelling in various ways. We’re already working on the first album and are eager to share more as it comes together.

The stop-motion films won’t simply be music videos; they’ll be standalone works, each deeply connected to the themes of the albums. Each album in the trilogy will explore different sounds and ideas, and we’ll also be releasing non-album singles regularly to keep things fresh.

As part of this project, Feeding Fingers will be doing shorter, more frequent tours, incorporating visuals and immersive elements into our live performances. We hope these shows will offer a deeper, more engaging experience for everyone who has supported us over the years.

We’re incredibly grateful to be collaborating with some amazing artists. Steven Lapcevic, a longtime friend and collaborator, has been a huge part of Feeding Fingers from the start and has essentially created the visual identity of the band. We’re all thrilled to continue working with him as we create the visuals for this project. Steven was recently honored as one of the winners of the Pink Floyd 50th Anniversary music video competition, which we’re all very proud of. In fact, at the moment, Steven Is hard at work on a new, animated music video for the Feeding Fingers song, Model Lives and Fallen Leaves from the album, Against the Roses which is worth the wait - trust us. It could be his strongest work to date.

We’re also honored to be working with the brilliant JH Williams III, an incredible comic book artist known for his work with Alan Moore, Neil Gaiman, Grant Morrison, and many others on titles such as Sandman: Overture, Batwoman, Promethea, and many more who has been big a source inspiration for years. We can’t wait to see how his unique, visual storytelling style will help bring our project to life.

This project is bigger than anything we could ever do alone. That’s why we’re actively seeking financiers, patrons, benefactors, and supporters—those who believe in this vision and want to help make it a reality. If you're someone who has the means to contribute on a larger scale and feels moved by this project, we would love to hear from you. Your support could make all the difference in bringing this ambitious vision to life. Contact us via email directly at:

As we continue, we’ll also be introducing more literary, puppetry, and theatrical elements into the storytelling. These elements will add greater depth to both the albums and films, creating a richer experience that blends art, music, and performance.

If you connect with this work and would like to help—whether by contributing financially, collaborating, or simply sharing the project with others—we’d be truly grateful.

If you’re unable to contribute financially, there are still many ways to help:

Purchase our music or merch, share it with friends and family, or make a small donation via PayPal. Every little bit helps and is appreciated more than you can imagine. You can contribute directly via PayPal at: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/feedingfingers1

You may also pick up our albums via BandCamp at: feedingfingers.bandcamp.com or simply stream and share via Spotify, Apple Music or wherever you prefer. There is also now a Feeding Fingers store on CafePress where you can get shirts and other merch, if you like.

It’s a lot of work, but with your support, we’re confident we can create something meaningful and lasting. If you’re interested in learning more or getting involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email.

Thank you for reading this and for your continued support. We truly appreciate it, and we’re excited to hopefully create something special with all of you.

Justin
